Host a station

Space you are not using, turned into a reason for trade vehicles to visit.

What we are looking for

A PurePoint station is a self-contained unit about the footprint of a parking bay. It needs a mains water connection, a power supply and a piece of hard standing a van can pull onto and off again without reversing into anything.

The sites that work are the dull, practical ones: a corner of a builders' merchant, a self-storage yard, a garden centre car park, a industrial unit with a frontage nobody parks on. What matters is that a working vehicle can get in, fill up and leave at whatever hour that trade starts.

What a site needs

  • Access outside office hours, ideally around the clock, without a gate to unlock
  • Roughly 10ft by 8ft of hard standing, plus room for a van to draw alongside
  • A mains water supply and a power feed within reach
  • An entrance a long wheelbase van can actually use

What you get

We pay for the unit, the survey, the installation and the servicing. You are not buying equipment and you are not maintaining it.

What we pay for the space is agreed site by site, because a busy trade estate and a quiet village yard are not worth the same. We are not going to publish a number here and then negotiate away from it. Tell us what you have and we will make you an offer you can hold us to.

If you know a site rather than own one, that is just as useful. Introduce us, and if it becomes a station we will agree a fee with you before anything is signed.
